The meeting, attended by over 350 delegates from across the country, including officials from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, State Government Officials and other stakeholders like WHO, CDC, USAID.

Event highlights:

The travel & logistics for 350 delegates from PAN India were handled by our team - 2000 room nights across 5 hotels were blocked for the participants. Each day ground transfers were seamlessly handled by our team from 5 hotels to the event venue and other field visits.

Event was inaugurated by Minister of State for Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, GoI.

UPSTAGE Execution:

Upstage planned, coordinated, managed and implemented all aspects of event including transportation, onsite registration and preparation of conference kits, event branding, designing, conceptualization , fabrication and setup of the Poster presentation, interactive booths etc. Stage and venue design, setup and coordination, audio-visual support.
