MCSP India’s National Dissemination Meeting , 25th September 2019, New Delhi

USAID’s Maternal and Child Survival Program (MCSP) led by JHPIEGO held a national level close-out dissemination event on 25th September 2019 at Le Meridien, New Delhi to highlight MCSP’s journey in India. 

The meeting, attended by over 250 delegates from across the country, including officials from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, GoI, state government officials and stakeholders – USAID, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, WHO, Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India and PATH, featured MCSP’s programmatic experiences, key learnings and achievements. 

Considering the magnitude, the entire event was screened on an innovatively designed 3D LED wall featuring multi-panel displays, image magnification and live feeds of speakers and presenters. The event commenced with the performance by a special group of Manipuri drummers, Pung Cholom.

A key highlight of the event was the ‘marketplace’ which was created to showcase MCSP learning products through interactive activities at each stall. Another attraction was the ‘photo gallery’ which showcased photographs telling a powerful story of the human impact of MCSP. Other highlights included selfie booths, commitment placards, media corners, 3-D brandings, etc. 

UPSTAGE Execution  

Upstage planned, coordinated, managed and implemented all aspects of event including :  

· RSVP correspondence, travel arrangements and transportation

· Onsite registration and preparation of conference kits

· Event Branding : Designing, conceptualization and printing of all the event collaterals including e-invites, backdrop, banners, standees, media wall, selfie corner etc.

· Designing, conceptualization , fabrication and setup of the ‘marketplace’ stalls and ‘art gallery’ as per the program themes

· Social Media Promotion: Designing of social media creatives for the program along with development

· Live streaming of the event on various social media platforms

· Stage and venue design, setup and coordination

· Audio-visual support

· Development of show reel
